We will not disclose your personal data to a third party without your explicit consent. The sole exceptions from this are our service partners, which we require for the execution of the contract. In this respect, we would like to point out that the personal data you provided us with for the participation in the Green Card Lottery will be shared with the US-authorities responsible for the Diversity Visa Program. The further use of your data by the American authorities naturally falls outside the scope of responsibility of The American Dream.

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter on our website, we require a valid e-mail address.  We will review the email address you provide for the purpose of determining whether you are in fact the owner of the email address and whether the actual owner of the given address agrees to receiving the newsletter. These data are used solely for the purpose of sending the requested information and will not be shared with a third party.

You may revoke the consent you gave to save your personal data and your e-mail address. You are entitled to cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link or by sending a short message to info@green-card.com.  

6) Product Recommendations per E-Mail

As a customer of The American Dream, you will regularly receive product recommendation from us per e-mail. You will receive these product recommendations independent of whether you subscribe to our newsletter. Here we only use the given e-mail acquired in the context of your application to advertise our own wares and services that are similar to the service orders already transacted with us. You can withdraw from these product recommendations at any time by writing a message to info@green-card.com or clicking on the link at the bottom of the product recommendation e-mail.   

7) Cookies

Our website makes use to some extent of so-called cookies. Cookies are used to make our services more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser downloads and stores on your computer.
